Culr exists to protect your attention, not exploit it. We believe privacy is fundamental to trust, and we've designed our service with privacy at its core. Unlike many tools that collect everything and figure out what to do with it later, Culr is selective by design.

Culr is safer because it forgets. We don't retain data we don't need, and we give you full control over what we do keep.

Account Information

Connected Services

To help you focus on what matters, you may choose to connect services like email (Gmail, Outlook), calendar, and messaging platforms. When you do:

• We access only the data necessary to evaluate and prioritize your attention
• Email access is read-only — we cannot send emails on your behalf
• Direct messages are excluded by default — we don't access private conversations unless you explicitly enable them
• You can disconnect any service at any time, and we'll delete associated data

Usage Data

We collect basic analytics to improve the service, including which features you use and general usage patterns. We do not track your behavior across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

• Prioritization: Evaluating incoming signals to surface what matters and filter noise

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, secure authentication, and regular security audits. Your connected service credentials are handled using OAuth — we never see or store your passwords.

Data Retention

Culr is designed to forget. Raw signals (emails, messages) are processed and discarded — we keep only the evaluated priorities and memories you choose to save. When you delete data or close your account, we remove it permanently within 30 days.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time
• Export your data in a portable format
• Delete your data and close your account
• Disconnect any connected service
• Opt out of non-essential data collection

Third-Party Services

Culr uses trusted third-party services for infrastructure (hosting, authentication, analytics). These providers are bound by strict data processing agreements and only access data necessary to provide their services.
